I only read the intro bit and decided I needed peace and quiet about me to read it properly so I can't tell yet. The intro sounds as though it will defenitely make an interesting read but for my reaction you will need some patience ;-)
Hi Curious. How did you find the Mitchell texts? I found it to be a very laborious task of reading it over and over again but it made any sense. John Berger is much more easier to comprehend. All the best.

You are quite 'right plot your veg' has gone quiet so thought I'd generate some interest with new topic - Companion Planting. It's also interesting to see how veg growing differs in different parts os the country. My garden has definitely struggled this year due to the wet summer.
