Hello Outdoorscapes
No, it's not a simulated stream, (personally hate things that pretend to be something that they are not) it is a focal point, a statement, in keeping with the scale of the grounds and house and at the same time addresses the levels of the lawns, and low maintenance. The photo doesn't do justice, in real life it looks absolutely fantastic! I know because I am the designer!

Of cause there is a 'weed' proof membrane under the stones (although I am sure you will know that the membrane doesn't stop all the weeds and will inevitably breakdown over time), but it can be replaced when necessary. Dale is professional, no corners are cut, he does excellent work.

Hi, I wonder what the idea behind this is....simulated stream?? I hope it has a weed proof membrane under all them rocks, otherwise the gardener won't be very pleased!!!
