A rather depressing picture from Hazell-Towers I’m afraid

My numbers for the calendar year were awful – 70 enquiries, only 21 were converted into sales, but to be fair a couple are still live and have limped into the new year with a hint of promise, but will they generate any income?

The new year hasn’t lead to much of a rush – some of the draft research projects that I had hoped to be able to look at proved to be disappointing when the formal documents were published, “displacement activity” (contractors acting as consultants) is still going on, clients are not a rigorous as one might like in pursuing high quality work.  

The marshalling of resources for a major project for a Registered Social Landlord is proving to be quite a challenge, but 31 March (their deadline) is still a way off!
