Roots do you do this all on your own? How corageous of you! How brave! I loved your market account. Take a little notebook and pen along to the next market, keep it in your glove compartment and keep making notes. Then one day, when you...

Petra,
The first thing is to think about what you want to do in it. BBQ's, lounging in the sun, kids, pets, veg, flowers etc. Then I suggest you draw out what you want, Decks, patio, ponds, grass, beds, trees etc.
That's the hard part. Then you cost it and time it.
Good luck.

I am a passionate gardener, know enough to have a pretty little bit of colour in the garden, but don't look too closely, otherwise my gig will be up! :) I am still having to double check which new shoots are friends and which are foe. Sometimets the dreaded cheeky weed is not in any of my little books and a few weeks go by and I find I have well tended triffid-weeds trying to take over the bit of garden I have, as well as trying to take over the world!
My present dilema:
So, I have collected a number of slugs and snails - they are in a large glass jar filled with a mixture of beer and salt - what do I do with them now? Anyone know of a slug/snail collection service in the Surrey/Hants area? LOL! :)
