Thank you for sharing your story. My sister has an autistic son; she also works with special needs children, most of whom have autism. Another sister has a special needs son. She works in an environmental centre which has animals that children can visit and learn about. She and I are going to create a sensory garden at the site in the new year. I can only share gardening experiences but will gladly do so if you need help. I live in Birmingham so cannot offer any practical assistance. Good luck.
