Hi Tim , thanks for the comments on the raised bed . The client was thrilled albeit very difficult to please . The stone I use comes from Denfind Stone and is exceptionally level bedded and a delight to work with .
Hi Tim. I guess we all found this site from the same source then! Good SGD course I thought - I could recommend it to anyone wanting to know about water in the garden. Martin Kelly was forthcoming in an area which appears not to be an exact science. Most of the web stuff is easy (although this is a temporary site whilst I move my database driven site to a new ISP) - the nice bit is the Piclens plugin that I recommend anyone to try. It has a simple app that allows pictures to be formatted for the 3D picture wall in just a few minutes. With Vectorworks, keep half an eye on your final target result (ie you don't need to use complex tools for a simple plan that you formerly did with a couple of Rotring pens) and hierarchy of line and you will be half way there. The rest is down to organisation of the drawing and picking the right tool for the job and that is often a very personal thing.
