Working for a vibrant green and growing London charity in SE11, providing training for disadvantaged young people 16-19 years old

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team who has over 2 years horticultural experience and a high standard of education and preferably experience of working with young people.

The individual will be responsible for horticultural training up to NVQ Level 1, helping our young people to aquire the skills to find and keep employment.

Our work requires an individual who can work in an autonomous way and respond to the demands that are part of working with our students.

Salary 20,050 – 22,800

35 hours per week, 25 days leave per year
