I just saw the line about postal design... maybe you can help us after all??? Heres hoping. My husband Clive is dying to get on with it but I am saying we need some design before we crack on with things.

ps - when we have a garden instead of rubble I will definately be looking for help in planning the garden plants side of things. I want it to be a great space and have no idea what plants work in shetland or when to plant them etc

Hi! Good to find someone from Scotland even if you arent up here in Shetland! Can you help. It sounds as if my current problem isnt your field but you might know who to recommend. My husband and I have done a selfbuild. It has been a one man job and the house is now done - and we live in it. But the 'garden' is still literally a building site. We are going to bash on and make a patio but really I would like to design a lovely garden and patio and have a nice picture in my head and/or on paper of what we want it all to look like so we dont ruin this opportunity. I have looked all over google for patio and or garden design software and cant find the right kind of thing. Can you recommend software or a person to help us with this? Thanks so much for your thoughts. Heather
