We are in the process of establishing a new crew/gang and would very much like to find 2 skilled workers who could work together on our projects, we would prefer those with, both Hardscape and Softscape knowledge, ideally college trained, and wanting to progress.

It seems that we are constantly looking for staff and particularly moreso at this time of the year.  We struggle to find labourers who have a genuine interest in the work which we do and can demonstrate at interview stage that they will be reliable.  The area where we are based is not ideal if one cannot drive themselves to work, and although we receive enquiries from many labourers there is a suprisingly high number who are suffering driving bans for whatever reason.

Neither I nor the rest of our company want to get involved with chaufeuring staff to and from work. 

So if anyone has any suggestions or know of anyone who can get themselves to our yard near Aylesbury, perhaps they could contribute.  The prospects are long and short term depending on how ambitious or committed the individual is.  We are also interested in trainees or apprentices as well as skilled labourers who dont mind the variation in work which we undertake.
